The Unexpected Value of New Windows

Allow me to give you an example of what happened when I decided to replace my windows for my first home. The only reason I wanted to replace all the windows was because some of them just looked a little older, worn, and had some condensation in the panes. I wanted to have a nice grid pattern to all the windows to match and I wanted them to open and close nicely. After getting the windows replaced, which was done in the middle of summer, I was stunned to immediately realize that the house, especially the parts I would hang out in, suddenly seemed much cooler. YES, despite current gas prices, if you are within 20 miles of our location in Mission Viejo, we do STILL offer free estimates. We currently do not have salesmen, we do the estimates ourselves, but we also are at the job sites and work all day in construction, running materials and overseeing jobs. We offer a window of time to come do the estimate and you will have an experienced contractor consulting with you. For us a free estimate doesn’t mean we take lightly running around offering quotes. We sometimes take hours to put together estimates and we take it very seriously.
